By purchasing or participating in coaching services provided by The Real Team Tucker LLC ("Company," "we," "us"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Do not use our services if you disagree with any part of these Terms.

Our program includes online coaching, educational sessions, group calls, digital materials, and personal coaching. Services provided are for educational, motivational, and coaching purposes only.

Payments are required upfront or as specified at enrollment. All sales are final unless otherwise noted. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed.

Services provided are not intended as medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. Always consult a licensed professional for these matters.

All coaching content, digital resources, course modules, and frameworks are proprietary to The Real Team Tucker LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, share, or resell our materials without explicit written consent.

Client-coach interactions remain confidential. However, group sessions are not private, and sharing sensitive information within group sessions implies consent to limited disclosure within that group.

While we are committed to your success, we make no explicit guarantees or warranties about specific results from our programs. Outcomes depend on individual actions and engagement.

To the extent permitted by law, we assume no liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Real Team Tucker LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from your misuse of our services or breach of these Terms.

Any disputes will be resolved amicably first. If unresolved, mediation will occur in Orange County, Florida. The prevailing party may seek attorney’s fees.

These Terms are governed by laws of the State of Florida.

We reserve the right to change Terms at any time; updates will be posted here.
